Responsibilities: Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords Adhering to compliance by efficient administration Processing insurance claims Approving and processing invoices Arranging gas and electrical safety checks Assisting with inventories, check-ins and checkouts Negotiating deposit returns The Individual: Arla Qualification is advantageous.

Driver with own vehicle Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Firm knowledge of all property management law Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.

Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Be a highly organised and have exceptional diary management skills.

Highly motivated and positive with a can do attitude.
