Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area e.g. Marketing, Event Management or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

To strategically lead, develop and manage the programming and marketing of the Caird Hall Complex in line with the priority objectives of Leisure and Culture Dundee.

The Individual

Proven experience in venue management, live event operations, or a related role in the arts, entertainment, or hospitality sector. Working knowledge of Office 365, including Word, Excel, Teams etc. Understanding and experience of working with promoters and producers across the UK. People management experience. Ability to set staff standards and monitor delivery through effective performance management. Proven understanding and experience in live event planning, marketing, delivery and reporting. Understanding social media and marketing platforms and extensive experience of delivering marketing strategies. Experience of budget management and managing marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
