Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technology Product Owner to join our Business Technology Solutions team, focusing on Marketing and Sales solutions. The Product Owner will lead the development and enhancement of technology solutions that optimize commercial operations and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and delivery roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Lead the agile development process in cross‑functional teams including IT, commercial operations, and marketing.
Develop comprehensive estimates and timelines, gather stakeholder feedback, and manage resources and budget.
Manage and supervise vendor project teams and internal resources to deliver technology product evolution on time and within budget.
Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
Define key performance indicators to measure product success, analyze performance data, and make data‑driven decisions for improvements.
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address technical challenges to ensure scalable, robust solutions.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Product Management, Agile methodologies is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5 years IT product management or related field; experience in digital strategies for pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a plus.
Skills: Strong understanding of CRM and Sales enablement processes, proven experience with Veeva and Salesforce platforms, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, proven project leadership, exposure to Marketing Automation, Event Management, etc., excellent communication and stakeholder management, proficiency in agile tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA), strategic thinking.
Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment; self‑manage time and priorities; interest in technology trends; willingness to travel 10‑15%.
