Websites: oh.xyz & ohchat.comPurpose of the RoleThis role is responsible for owning go-to-market strategy, messaging, and adoption of new features and experiences within OhChat. You’ll bridge the gap between product and audience, ensuring our innovations are launched with impact, clearly understood by fans, and celebrated by creators.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver go-to-market strategies for new features, campaigns, and product launches.Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that excites fans and sets OhChat apart.Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories that connect emotionally with users.Collaborate with product, content, and growth teams to shape the end-to-end fan journey, ensuring seamless discovery and adoption.Lead cross-functional launch plans: from pre-launch hype to post-launch adoption and retention campaigns.Create marketing assets (landing pages, platform content, feature explainers, videos, blogs, etc.) that bring product features to life.Gather and analyse user insights and market feedback to continuously improve OhChat and the user experience.Partner with performance and social teams to ensure campaigns are measurable, optimised, and ROI-driven.Act as the voice of the fan internally, championing user needs and ensuring our features deliver delight.Skills & Experience Required5+ years’ experience in product marketing, ideally in consumer tech, entertainment, media, or the creator economy.Proven success launching and scaling consumer-facing products with measurable adoption and growth outcomes.Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.Ability to turn complexity into clarity, translating product features into fan-first stories.Data-driven mindset with experience in market research, user insights, and performance analysis.Strong creative instincts, with excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.Bonus: Experience with app marketing, retention strategies, or fan engagement platforms.What You’ll GetThe energy and pace of a startup with the impact of a category-defining global business.Huge opportunity to shape the future of AI and creator interaction.Flexible working hours and location.An extraordinary team of smart, creative, and ambitious people.Competitive salary with strong progression opportunities.Pension scheme and employee perks.Ready to help create the most immersive AI experiences on the planet?
