Tasks

  • Positioning & ICP: Create frameworks used across product, sales, and marketing.
  • Product Launches: Lead AP, FX, payroll, and spend launches with measurable adoption impact.
  • Sales Enablement: Build decks, ROI cases, and customer stories that help sales close.
  • Channel Strategy: Identify where CFOs/founders buy and prove repeatable acquisition playbooks.
  • Growth & Pricing: Run CRO, packaging, and campaign experiments; report clear insights.
  • Customer Insight: Translate customer research into messaging that cuts through.
  • Execution: Work hands-on and side-by-side with founders to scale Round’s story.

Requirements

  • Seed/Series A → multi-million revenue PMM track record
  • Proven tack record in Fintech, building successful products for founders/CFOs
  • Hands-on operator: you write, test, ship. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Hard work ethic and an olympian mindset - resilient, relentless, fully bought into the mission, willing to work irregular hours.
