Aquent is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join a leading innovator in the financial software industry. This role offers a unique chance to shape product narratives, influence go-to-market strategies, and drive growth within the emerging mid-market segment.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of the customer, translating market insights into compelling product positioning and messaging. You'll empower sales teams with cutting-edge enablement materials and collaborate closely with product management to launch innovative solutions.

Job Details:

  • Pay rate: 348.10 daily (PAYE) - 37.5 hrs/week
  • Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses, staying ahead of industry trends in financial management solutions (FMS), integrations, and AI.
  • Develop laser-focused targeting strategies, build detailed customer profiles, and craft differentiated value propositions for the emerging mid-market segment.
  • Create impactful sales enablement materials, equipping both new business and account management teams for success.
  • Collaborate with product management to develop comprehensive product marketing plans and lead go-to-market strategies for new product and feature releases.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover deep customer insights, informing marketing campaigns and driving key business decisions.
  • Identify market opportunities and customer pain points by analyzing multiple data sources, conducting market sizing, and building compelling business cases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a product marketing role within the EMEA region, demonstrating expertise in strategy development, cross-functional execution, and go-to-market activities.
  • A track record of building customer profiles, crafting compelling value propositions and messaging hierarchies, and identifying strong proof points to support GTM initiatives.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs and behaviors, ensuring product features resonate with target audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing best-in-class sales enablement initiatives and materials.
  • Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with market sizing concepts (TAM, SAM, SOM) and the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, enabling effective partnerships with product teams, marketing, and other business functions.
  • Results-oriented approach with a focus on driving business impact, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working within the EMEA region, demonstrating an understanding of the diverse cultural, regulatory, and business landscapes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Background in the technology and SaaS industry.
