THE ROLE As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will: Define product positioning in the market and shape how programmes are presented to prospective students. Conduct competitive analysis to identify key differentiators and inform strategy. Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new programmes, partners, and pathways. Partner with universities and internal teams, acting as the face of the organisation in building and strengthening relationships. Manage account marketing: develop partner-specific strategies, maintain regular engagement, and ensure key actions are followed through. Deliver compelling messaging that highlights the value of programmes and resonates across global markets. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and commercial teams to align activity with broader business goals. Apply commercial acumen to prioritise marketing initiatives that drive student recruitment, revenue, and long-term opportunity. Use agile approaches to streamline launches and scale repeatable processes across multiple markets.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, within a global or fast-paced environment. Proven ability to define product positioning, craft go-to-market strategies and deliver successful launches. Strong commercial acumen, able to connect marketing initiatives with revenue growth and business objectives. Experience managing partner or client relationships, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally, influencing teams, and driving alignment. A self-starter with both strategic vision and hands-on tactical delivery skills. Familiarity with agile methods and product-focused ways of working is a strong plus.
