Product Marketing Manager at Klipboard

Key Responsibilities

  • Product marketing for existing solutions: develop the toolkit to support product sales and ensure updates are made in a timely manner, including developing user and buyer personas, researching the market, creating materials that highlight product features and benefits, training the sales team, and assisting with demand creation initiatives across the KCS product range.
  • Work with appropriate teams to develop high-level sales tools (case studies, references, white papers, or event support for regional marketing teams) and ensure timely release of new materials and information.
  • Support new product releases: collaborate with the relevant teams to prepare sales tools in line with the product release plan.
  • Lead the development of strong value propositions and articulate why they benefit the target market and potential customers.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree in marketing, product development, or a related business field.
  • Blend of marketing finesse, strategic thinking and product understanding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey product value propositions to internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to understand technical software products and translate features into customer value.
  • Collaborative, able to work with cross-functional teams to align with business goals and strategy.
  • Creative ideas for product positioning, messaging and promotional campaigns that stand out in the market.
  • Proficient in data analysis to measure content strategy success, understand customer behaviour and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to quickly grasp product features and benefits and focus on unique selling points.
  • Previous experience in product marketing, particularly in a product-focused role.
  • Familiar with the ERP industry and the target audience.
