The company is globally recognized and has won' Xero App Partner of the Year' four times since 2020 in different countries.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our expanding Marketing team.In this role, you'll report to the Head of Product Marketing and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute our Product Marketing plan for global markets. The goal is to enhance ApprovalMax's reputation as an app partner, market leader, and innovator.As the Product Marketing Manager, you'll execute our product marketing strategy with the necessary tactics for success. Serving as the product evangelist, you'll be crucial in promoting product releases and developing campaigns for potential and existing customers. Collaboration with the Product Team is key, as you'll be tasked with driving product demand and feature adoption.Your success hinges on attention to detail, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to articulate our product value proposition to effectively address customer problems. You'll be dedicated to monitoring marketing performance, backed by data to identify what's working and what isn't.Responsibilities:Drive go-to-market planning and execution for new features and product updatesCollaborate with Product, Design, Sales, and Support in our key markets (AU, NZ, UK, US, Canada, Asia, and South Africa) to create product-focused content and campaigns that support product adoption and utilisationCraft clear, compelling messaging that communicates product value and differentiationConduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product differentiationDevelop, create, and implement the Product Marketing plan to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers - you will create and promote ApprovalMax's existing feature set and new releases across core global markets to our subscriber base all year roundWorking with Product, and our Customer Success Team to research, to understand and develop value propositions and position our products against competitors and customer needsDevelop product positioning, messaging that resonates with our target customer personas, and scripting for release videosAssess the effectiveness of our programs for our products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.QualificationsFintech experienceProven experience and success in Product MarketingA strategic thinker with a strong analytical approach to problem-solvingStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product, sales, and creative teamsMust have Marketing and copywriting experience - launching B2B products will be highly regardedDemonstrate sound product marketing strategies to optimise growth and profitabilityGreat attention to detail and strong planning and execution of agreed plansExceptional ROI-tracking skills, and ability to prove what is, or isn't working.Additional InformationWhat we offer:Regular performance-based compensation reviews100% paid 26 business vacation days100% paid 10 sick leave daysHealth & Wellness program - a bonus payment, which will cover 50% up to a total of 500 Euro annually of the amount spent on the following activities: medical services (except regular health insurance), fitness, sports activities (excluding sports equipment), stress management, body massage, weight management, yoga, traveling, etc.Reimbursement of professional development coursesService years recognition financial reward #J-18808-Ljbffr
