About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, launch planning, and marketing communications for our clients brand-new Benchmarker software. This platform will underpin their core benchmarking services and serve as a critical tool for member engagement, retention, and growth.


Key Responsibilities


Go-to-Market & Product Commercialisation

  • Develop and deliver a full GTM strategy for the Benchmarker software
  • Define compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Collaborate on commercial materials including pricing input, pitch decks, and sales collateral

Launch Leadership

  • Own cross-functional planning for the October 2025 launch
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones
  • Partner with Programme and Development teams to support onboarding experience

Internal Communications

  • Equip internal teams with the right messaging, FAQs, and enablement materials
  • Create internal launch playbooks and briefing resources for client-facing teams

External Campaigns & Customer Engagement

  • Lead launch communications across channels: email, web, social, PR, events
  • Craft clear, benefits-focused messaging for diverse customer segments
  • Oversee campaign delivery, partnering with agencies or freelancers as needed


About You

✔ Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services

✔ Strong grasp of GTM strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for clear, engaging messaging

✔ Highly collaborative with a commercial mindset and customer-first approach

✔ Comfortable leading multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

✔ Familiarity with the NHS or health and care sector is a bonus, but not essential
