Overview We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to partner with the Global Head of Product Marketing with a primary focus on Alternatives—particularly within private markets. This role shapes and executes go-to-market strategies, refines product messaging, and drives sales enablement for one of the firm’s most critical growth areas. The position is global and cross-functional, collaborating with colleagues in Product Development, Sales, Investment Management, and Marketing across regions to build awareness, engagement, and accelerate the adoption of our product offerings. Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy & Positioning: Drive global product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and drive growth across institutional and wealth channels; develop and refine distinct product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to diverse client segments and regional market dynamics; implement go-to-market strategies for alternatives initiatives in collaboration with Product, Investment Management, and Distribution teams. Content Development & Collateral Management: Create and manage a suite of global marketing collateral including pitch decks, fund brochures, factsheets, one-pagers, and thought leadership pieces; support high-profile private markets pitches, RFIs, and RFPs by delivering tailored content and strategic input to support business development efforts. Channel Marketing & Campaign Execution: Drive the production and distribution of marketing content through global and regional channels, including digital, events, social, and email; collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global materials for local use, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across markets. Research & Insights: Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify opportunities for positioning and engagement; measure and optimise the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through data-driven insights and performance metrics. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all content adheres to regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions. Regulatory & Business Conduct: Display exemplary conduct and uphold the organisation’s Code of Conduct; take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct; effectively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance concerns.
Qualifications
Relevant BSC/BA (Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field) or equivalent experience / qualification. Significant experience in financial services marketing, ideally within an asset or investment management firm. Demonstrated experience in marketing alternative investments, with a strong emphasis on private markets, is highly desirable. Proven expertise in planning, executing, and measuring a variety of integrated marketing campaigns. Strong track record of managing cross-functional projects, with excellent relationship-building, planning, and organisational skills. Willingness and ability to operate in a global capacity, including collaboration across time zones and regions. Confident stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of financial promotions and regulatory compliance. Strong time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
