Are you a commercially minded marketer who thrives on turning technical knowledge into compelling customer stories? Do you enjoy owning both product and marketing strategy, and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen?

If this sounds like you, we are looking for an experienced Product & Marketing Manager to drive growth, modernize product communications and bring a brand to life!

About the Company

This family-run business has built a strong reputation over decades, supplying high-quality window film solutions for commercial and architectural applications. With ambitious plans to double turnover by 2027. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, to shape how their products are positioned, promoted, and understood.

What’s the role about?

You’ll be the go-to person for all things product and marketing, bridging technical insight with commercial execution:

  • Own the product portfolio: track performance, identify gaps, and recommend changes.
  • Lead the marketing calendar: align campaigns, content, and digital activity with sales priorities.
  • Revamp product literature, website content, and digital assets to reflect current offerings.
  • Build a searchable Knowledge Hub with guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Manage CRM, SEO agency, and digital channels to drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full product lifecycle: pricing, packaging, positioning, and performance tracking.
  • Translate technical product knowledge into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
  • Oversee all marketing content: brochures, web copy, email campaigns, and case studies.
  • Ensure digital channels are accurate, engaging, and optimised for lead generation.
  • Coordinate product launches, updates, and internal training communications.
  • Monitor dashboards and analytics to inform decisions and report on performance.
  • Brief and manage external freelancers or agencies as needed.

Requirements

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 4–7 years’ experience in B2B marketing or product/category management.
  • Are confident working with technical or specification-led products (Ideally glass or commercial office fit out industry).
  • Enjoy being hands-on and proactive in a standalone role.
  • Are comfortable with data, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally — both internally and with customers.
  • Prefer working in a small, agile team where you can make a visible impact.
