  • Deliver the B2C growth plan, including landing pages, funnel building, onboarding flows and conversion optimisation.
  • Manage day‑to‑day digital acquisition activity across paid ads, organic content, social channels, SEO and partnerships.
  • Improve trial‑to‑paid conversions through product‑led growth initiatives and continual optimisation.
  • Run A/B tests, experiments and lifecycle campaigns to improve messaging, performance and user engagement.
  • Translate learning and development content into clear, commercially relevant product stories.
  • Drive consistent branding and product storytelling across all channels and touchpoints.

Person specification:

  • Experience marketing SaaS products, ideally across both B2B and B2C.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, product‑led growth and digital analytics.
  • Experience contributing to go‑to‑market plans and supporting product launches.
  • Ability to produce high‑quality product marketing content (web copy, landing pages, emails, social, scripts, messaging).
  • Able to translate complex topics into clear, accessible and engaging messages.
  • Experience with SEO strategy and/or paid media campaigns.

Rewards

  • £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Company performance bonus.
  • Pension Scheme (10% company contribution) with Life Insurance Cover.
  • Private health Insurance or health & wellbeing allowance.
  • Employee Assistance programme.
  • 30 days annual holiday plus paid community day and personal enrichment day.
  • A friendly, inclusive and flexible work environment.
