Curious about a career that blends strategy, science, and storytelling? Want to market technology that’s quietly powering breakthroughs in human health, sport, and performance? Ready to take ownership of a product vertical with a global audience? We’re working with a pioneering technology company whose products are used by leaders in research, healthcare, and high-performance environments across the world. Their technology may not be consumer-facing – but it’s behind the scenes of some of the most innovative work happening in the life sciences today. They’re now looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of one of their fastest-growing verticals – driving awareness, engagement, and adoption across a sophisticated and purpose-driven customer base. Why This Role is Great This is your chance to lead the full marketing lifecycle of a product that makes a measurable difference in scientific progress and human performance. You’ll have the autonomy to build strategies, tell meaningful stories, and shape how customers connect with the technology. What makes it unique: Own the vertical – from go-to-market planning to positioning, messaging and performance tracking. Work with cross-functional teams to bring product stories to life – aligning closely with product, sales, and creative marketing leads. Translate complexity into clarity – by creating compelling buyer personas, impactful sales content, and engaging campaigns. Understand the audience – through market research and competitive insights, helping you define differentiators and unlock new opportunities. Deliver results – with a focus on driving commercial growth, customer adoption, and long-term value. The role is ideal for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on, with the confidence to lead projects and the curiosity to dive deep into the world of scientific customers. About You You’re a natural communicator who thrives at the intersection of product, customer, and content. You love distilling technical information into value-driven messaging and you understand how to market to specialist audiences – even if you’re not a subject matter expert yourself. You’ll enjoy working in an agile, mission-focused environment and will be supported by a collaborative, experienced team that shares your enthusiasm for creating real impact. Your Ideal Experience (or Close To It!) This is a wishlist, not a checklist. If you bring similar skills or transferable experience, we’d love to hear from you. 2–4+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B tech or SaaS environment. Proven ability to lead go-to-market strategy and messaging for a specific product or vertical. Confidence in writing content, enabling sales, and collaborating across functions. Strong analytical mindset – comfortable using data to inform decisions and track performance. Clear, concise communicator – especially when bridging technical detail and customer value. Interest in the life sciences, scientific research, or performance-related technologies. Experience working in healthtech, medtech, sports science, or academic/research tech is a bonus, but not essential. What’s on Offer Competitive salary package Strong company pension contribution Generous annual leave + public holidays Private medical insurance, Income protection & life assurance Flexible hybrid working setup A supportive, curious, and values-led team culture Committed to Inclusive Hiring We and our client are passionate about building diverse and inclusive teams. If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t meet every requirement, we’d still encourage you to apply. We value potential just as much as experience. Intrigued? Let’s Talk. There’s more to this role than we can share here – including the impact, the product, and the people behind it. If you’re curious to explore a product marketing opportunity with purpose and scope, we’d love to start a conversation. Apply now to learn more and discover if this could be your next step.
