OverviewProduct Marketing Manager, Shop Ads (12 month fixed term contract) - Global Business Solutions - LondonResponsibilitiesOwn TikTok's Shop Ads GTM strategy and grow revenue and product adoption in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EUI).Become the in-market product expert by partnering closely with the sales team and their biggest clients to deeply understand customer pain points, product needs and business requirements.Ensure a market- and client-first approach by working closely with our biggest advertisers to increase product adoptions, identify blockers and growth opportunities.Act as the voice of the market in product, synthesize market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product GTM and adoption strategies, including narratives, solutions packages, best practices and product recommendations.Develop a sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales organization to ensure a high standard of product knowledge.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: extensive experience in media in product marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing; expertise in media sales and performance marketing (specifically paid social); strong knowledge of the eCommerce/retail industry and media ecosystem; excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills; customer service orientation with client-facing experience; commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals; (12 month fixed term contract).Preferred Qualifications: fast learner with good judgment and original thinking; ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change; passion for TikTok; self-starter.About TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
