Description Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Product Marketing Manager will provide product marketing support over a fixed period of 6 months. This role will work closely with other marketing colleagues as well as Product and Sales teams to meet Achilles' business goals.
Responsibilities
- Managing product launches - developing and executing appropriate level launch plans to support new offerings and enhancements at a global level.
- GTM - Researching specific industry sectors, geographies, organisations, and personas to produce the most effective messages, channels, content and materials by sector and country including customised collateral to support the sales team across the entire sales cycle.
- Sales enablement - Developing strong relationships with account teams and customers. Acting as the link between the sales team and product, ensuring sales are equipped to sell our solutions and creating product related materials to meet brand requirements and ensuring messaging is consistent.
- Storytelling - Building the facts and narrative with unique angles for each group to communicate the key components of our solutions in a way that maximises understanding and engagement.
- Web page management - Maintaining our product related web content and ensuring best SEO performance.
- Content marketing - Developing powerful product-related content that both engages our target audiences and clearly conveys the benefits of Achilles solutions.
- Reporting and controls - Reporting on marketing success: Reviewing and adjusting plans and activities to achieve maximum impact and measure and report on the impact of activities to support overall account and business goals.
- Project and budget management - Working to agreed timescales and within agreed budget limits and maintaining budgetary control across all marketing activity.
Qualifications
- Education: Marketing or Business-related degree or equivalent CIM or similar professional qualification plus 3 years experience, or equivalent experience with 5+ years.
Knowledge
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of Hubspot
- Knowledge of Wordpress
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
- Excellent understanding of the technical sales cycle
- Ability to speak Spanish would be an advantage
Experience
- 3+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience in an international context
- Proven track record of brand management
- Proven digital marketing experience
- Proven track record of managing product launches at an international level
- Experience in collaboration/working with external agencies and partners
