OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary Product Manager to join the Jo Malone London brand in Travel Retail EMEA, covering a maternity leave. The position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and is based in our London office, with a hybrid working model (3 days in-office).ResponsibilitiesOversee all product management and marketing activations for Jo Malone London across the region.Act as a key stakeholder in the execution of the hero and key shopping moments strategy.Manage 360 launch activations, from concept to execution.Forecast new and existing products to meet market needs.Analyse performance of hero products and key launches.Own the product assortment strategy for the region.Partner with Visual Merchandising, Sales, and Corporate teams to ensure flawless execution.Manage two Marketing Executives.Develop Trade Marketing Calendars.Present plans to retailers.QualificationsOutstanding analytical and organisational skills.Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and presentation skills.Proactive mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve processes.Proven business analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication, organisation, and administration skills.Creative, flexible, and positive ‘can do’ approach.Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, pressurised environment.Experience in people management (beneficial).Experience in a similar or related industry.BenefitsGenerous Bonus Opportunity25 Days Annual Leave (exc.
