Product Marketing Manager (Brightsolid, Fixed-Term Contract)We are hiring for a Product Marketing Manager role with Brightsolid, a DC Thomson brand. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract (maternity cover) based in the United Kingdom with hybrid working (primarily home-based; roughly one visit per month to the Dundee office).OverviewAs our Product Marketing Manager, you will shape and execute Brightsolid's product marketing strategy, help us understand our customers and prospects, and ensure services meet evolving needs in a competitive market. You will work with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives that drive growth and differentiation. This is a high-impact role with ownership and visibility across the business.What You’ll DoMarket Definition: Help define Brightsolid’s target market by product and articulate segments aligned to customer needGo-To-Market (GTM): Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Brightsolid’s products and servicesWin/Loss Analysis: Understand, monitor, measure and communicate why prospects did or did not buy Brightsolid’s services and use the information to refine GTM strategiesPositioning and Messaging: Define Brightsolid’s positioning and messagingSolutions Roadmap: Collaborate with the CCO, CTO and other stakeholders to build and maintain the solutions roadmap aligned with customer needs and market trendsAwareness/Thought Leadership: Create content and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences on product, market, trends, customer drivers and technology driversMarketing Campaigns: Provide market and product information to support campaignsEvents: Provide product and market expertise for events such as conferences, tradeshows, webinars and seminarsSales Enablement: Support the sales team with messaging guidance, collateral, battlecards, and opportunities accelerationPerformance Reporting: Track and report on GTM effectiveness, sales enablement, and campaign performanceMarket Insights: Gather market intelligence across key industries and personas to inform positioning, messaging, and GTM strategyPartner Solutions: Align Brightsolid solutions with partner solutions and assist with joint GTM activities and co-branded materials where appropriateRequirements / About YouYou're a strategic product marketer who can turn complexity into clear, customer-focused narratives. You thrive on data to uncover insights and guide decisions, and you are curious, analytical, and capable of translating technical solutions into engaging content.
