This role is central to shaping our commercial success—crafting compelling sales and marketing assets, developing benefit-led propositions, and uncovering market insights that drive innovation.You’ll collaborate across departments and with customers to drive product adoption and unlock new revenue opportunities.ResponsibilitiesLead product launches and support go-to-market (GTM) strategies.Define customer segments, buyer personas, and ideal customer profiles (ICP).Develop customer case studies and testimonials.Collaborate with technical and sales teams to create brochures, flyers, and sales materials tailored to key industry verticals.Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product positioning.Partner with design teams to enhance product UI and visual assets.Create, optimise and update content (product descriptions, blogs etc.) for digital channels, including social media and website.Conduct market research to identify trends and shape marketing strategy.Deliver benefit-led propositions and clear messaging across the customer journey.About You2+ years in a product marketing role within a B2B environment.Proven success in driving market penetration through product launches.Genuine interest in technology/electronics to support product understanding.Exceptional attention to detail.Experience with complex products and technical audiences.Solid understanding of digital channels and social media.Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.Familiarity with email platforms, CMS, or basic HTML.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Why us?25 days holiday plus Christmas shutdownYour birthday as an additional day offPrivate HealthcareHealth cash planCompany sick payBonus SchemeLife insurance of 4 x your annual salaryUp to 5% employers pension contribution salary sacrificeOption to buy up to 5 days of holidayEnhanced Parental leave payCycle to work schemeHome and Tech salary sacrifice schemeFree will writing serviceFree parkingAbout UsOur MissionHarnessing the specialised strengths of each TechPoint business to create a uniquely integrated, value-driven solution for our customers.
