About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to deliver the day-to-day marketing activity that keeps our brand visible and our growth engine running. This is a doing role… You’ll be writing, creating, publishing, organising, coordinating, and following up. You’ll touch every part of marketing: Content, campaigns, events, customer stories, product comms, and digital channels. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on getting things done, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Messaging & Collateral
    • Update and maintain product messaging, sales materials, and internal resources.
    • Keep battlecards, competitor intel, and core presentations up to date.
    • Support colleagues with the right assets for customer conversations.
  • Content & Case Studies
    • Draft and publish case studies, testimonials, and customer stories.
    • Write and schedule blog posts, email newsletters, and social content.
    • Manage the content calendar and make sure deadlines are met.
  • Campaigns & Product Communications
    • Execute go-to-market campaigns and product updates.
    • Draft product comms and announcements.
    • Coordinate webinar delivery, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Events & Community Marketing
    • Organise comms and logistics for events, roadshows, and conferences.
    • Deliver pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns.
    • Follow up with attendees and keep records up to date.
  • Customer & Market Insight
    • Collect case study leads with Customer Success and Account Managers.
    • Record and share customer insights with the wider team.
    • Track competitor activity and keep notes updated.
  • Project Delivery
    • Keep marketing projects on track, on time, and on budget.
    • Work with Product, Sales, and Design teams to deliver campaigns.
    • Make sure outputs are accurate, consistent, and professional.

What Success Looks Like

  • Content and campaigns delivered on time, every time.
  • Smooth, professional execution of events and launches.
  • Up-to-date library of sales and marketing materials.
  • A steady flow of case studies, customer stories, and proof points.
  • Reliable reporting on marketing activity and results.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a broad marketing role (ideally in B2B or tech, but not essential).
  • Confident writer and editor with attention to detail.
  • Strong organiser: Able to manage calendars, projects, and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using common marketing tools (email platforms, CMS, social scheduling, etc.) as well as AI technologies.
  • Able to work well with different teams and follow through on commitments.
  • Data-aware: happy tracking results and reporting progress.

You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Are…

  • Someone who gets satisfaction from thoughtfully getting things done.
  • Practical, reliable, and detail-focused.
  • Comfortable juggling different tasks and priorities.
  • A strong communicator who can keep projects moving.
  • Happy working independently as well as with others.
