We're looking for a Global Marketing Campaign Manager, to join our dynamic and thriving Global Marketing Team, who will be responsible for the planning, execution, delivery and reporting of our outbound product marketing campaigns to relevant audiences with the aim of generating leads, nurture programmes and growing utilisation of Nanopore products by current customers.

The Details…

You will be responsible for ensuring relevant, engaging and informative content and information as seen by existing and potential customers, in a coherent way that encompasses planning, execution and analysis. Using excellent communication and project management skills, you will work cross functionally to ensure that these product campaigns are carried out using a variety of marketing channels to improve authentic stories from users of Nanopore technology in our growing and innovative scientific customer community.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the design, planning, delivery plus measurement and analytics of assigned global product campaigns
  • Work with the wider the marketing team to plan and deliver key campaigns aligning to organisational priorities, this will include working with MarTech team to measure the impact of campaigns and apply learnings to existing and future outbound marketing activities.
  • Develop the campaign digital marketing strategy, that may include third party marketing channels within a particular segment /campaign.
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and reviewing of content for Oxford Nanopore’s email channel.
  • Work with CRM and automated marketing platforms to ensure targeted marketing approaches.
  • Work collaboratively to improve the delivery and processes of our global marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to develop innovative and engaging communications.
  • Understand and communicate the vision and tone of voice of Oxford Nanopore, where the customer is at the heart of our community, and we actively support the sharing of customer stories.

    • Who We're Looking For…

  • Degree or equivalent experience, in life sciences, preferably genomics along with validated 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or communications leading marketing campaigns within the life science industry.
  • Previous experience in marketing/comms is essential with proven success in managing multi discipline and integrated campaigns.
  • Creative from an idea's perspective, excellent writer, with an understanding of the power of storytelling, capable of distilling down sophisticated scientific concepts.
  • Excellent written skills, able to adapt tone to audience and platform.
  • An eye for design and detail with confident presentation skills.
  • Highly organised – able to manage multiple projects at once with excellent project management skills.
  • Adaptable to changing timelines and situations.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic self-starter that enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
  • Knowledge of genomics is preferred.
