About the role As a Product Marketing Associate, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our go‑to‑market activity. You’ll help plan, execute, and analyse marketing initiatives that bring our products to life for customers and prospects. From email campaigns to product webinars, you’ll get hands‑on experience across every element of B2B product marketing. What you’ll do You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Marketing and the wider team to:
Support go‑to‑market campaigns – help set up, launch, and measure the success of GTM programs for new features and products. Execute marketing automation – support the creation and send of email campaigns and nurture programs via Pardot. Own product webinars – manage the promotion, coordination, and hosting of our quarterly customer webinars. Create compelling content – including social posts, launch videos, one‑pagers, and event collateral that showcases our products. Analyze and refine performance – partner with Marketing Operations to report on results, improve data quality, and enhance segmentation and targeting. Support sales enablement – help build materials and messaging that empower the sales team to tell our story effectively. Champion data hygiene – support with ICP segmentation and maintaining accurate Pardot data for communications. Manage customer communications – oversee the setup and delivery of wider customer campaigns through Pardot.
What we’re looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or marketing‑adjacent role (e.g., demand generation, content, operations, or communications). Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in using data to guide decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you know how to adapt tone and message for different audiences. A growth mindset – you love learning, ask smart questions, and seek opportunities to improve. Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with Pardot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation tools is a bonus (but not essential).
