You work for us, and we’ll work for you.What you will be doingAccountable for leading and executing sourcing projects including Strategy Development, RFI / RFP Process, Supplier Negotiation, Award Recommendations, Business Case Presentations, Risk Management and Contract Execution.Provide a deep understanding of market forces, external factors, products, suppliers and the supply chain to develop a sourcing project wave plan delivering significant savings and other value.Continually review current and future contractual performance internally up to senior level and externally with suppliers through data reporting and analysis to maximise competitive advantage and execute a robust strategy.Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement Sourcing Strategies for Ricoh EMEA Marketing categories and other spend categories as required.Manage systems and processes that enable measurement & tracking of Ricoh Marketing category cost and service levels against industry benchmarks.Perform Total Cost of Ownership evaluations, Supply-market Research and Pricing Audits and Impact Analysis for continuous cost improvements.Identify and resolve Strategic Supplier Performance issues to ensure operational excellence and end customer satisfaction.Stay current with legislative requirements and ensure compliance within the sourcing strategy.Contribute to the strategic goals of group procurement, including sustainable savings, contract compliance, and rationalisation of the supplier base.You will ideally haveIdeally educated to at least bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Procurement, Supply Chain or related discipline.Professional qualifications such as CIPS, Six Sigma are highly desirable.Extensive and proven experience in Marketing procurement with a track record of deploying Category Management techniques.Strong sourcing and negotiation skills with third-party suppliers and service providers, with experience managing substantial spend across multiple countries.Proven procurement compliance experience and ability to build sustainable supplier relationships; excellent commercial insights and experience of the Marketing marketplace.Ability to present Value Propositions at senior level; strategic thinking with the ability to analyse current and future strategic requirements.Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management, leadership and influence; results-oriented with excellent analytical, process and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
