My client is recruiting for experienced Private Client Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals to join their team on a fully remote basis. They have become one of the UK's largest probate providers, and there is a fast-track route for fee-earners to become Salaried Directors within three years by achieving targets in three non-consecutive years.

The team

They are recruiting for an experienced and highly skilled Private Client Lawyer to join the department. Everyone works in a cohesive environment with autonomy to run and develop their caseload and build client relationships. Many lawyers are STEP members, and knowledge is shared to support one another.

The role

You will take on an existing caseload of varied Private Client work including Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, LPA’s, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts. There is opportunity to grow the work; you will be encouraged and given the independence to build relationships with other departments and external referrers. You may also be involved in mentoring junior members of the department.
