It also produces all marketing collateral for products and brand launches in stores.Application Deadline: 1 November 2025Department: CommercialLocation: LondonThe Print Marketing Administrator will provide administrative support to the Print, Marketing and Promotions teams, assisting on a variety of tasks where needed. This will include drafting accurate communications, collating information and maintaining databases. This role requires a strong communicator who is interested in marketing and print and is eager to get ahead in a creative and dynamic environment working for a growing high street retailer.Key Responsibilities:Support the Print Marketing team with briefing, production, and delivery of printed marketing materialSupport the Print Marketing Planner and Assistant with print allocations for monthly global print runsManage New Store Critical Path ensuring timely delivery of launch POSMaintaining artwork information on all relevant platforms as and when requiredSupply artwork and promotional material to support internal communications of upcoming promotionsMonitor team inbox for receipt of store queries; collating requests to pass to the Print Marketing Coordinator and Assistant, resolving or escalating issues as necessary, and responding.Placing orders with print companies and coordinating deliveryRaising, filing, and tracking all Purchase Orders for print productionManage the distribution list of retail centres for supplying planned promotional materialSupply artwork and promotional material to external parties on requestSupport stores with local marketing requestsPerforming ‘comp’ shops and competitor analysis, keeping abreast of retail trends and market developmentsSupporting the wider Product Marketing Team with other tasks as and when requiredWe Would Like To Meet Someone Who Is:Excellent written English.Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Powerpoint and Excel.Attention to detail.Meticulous and methodical approach to tasks.Strong interpersonal skills, who can ask for help when needed and flag problems as they arise.Comfortable working flexibly in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.Motivated and driven to achieve.Experience working in the retail sector.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageHybrid working, 3 days in London based office and 2 working from homeHoliday allowance50% staff discount and 25% for family and friendsPension schemeSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: Retail
