We are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic partnerships, unlock new growth opportunities, and shape the future of digital advertising. This role sits within the Partner Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team, which drives growth through programs with our most strategic advertisers and partners. As a Principal, you will architect and scale our enterprise ABM strategy across global partnerships, driving transformational growth initiatives that measurably impact business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic B2B marketing leader with a proven track record in the advertising industry, who combines high-level thinking with hands-on execution in digital marketing and emerging technologies. You should excel at leading cross-functional teams, developing integrated campaigns, and managing complex client relationships. You should be a skilled relationship builder, adept at executive stakeholder management across all levels, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You will be a customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial self-starter who is passionate about driving results and will mentor rising marketing talent across the organization.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and own the ABM strategy across 1:1 or 1:few programs for strategic accounts and partners
  • Orchestrate complex joint go-to-market plans with sales, marketing, partner, and product teams to support account growth and partner-led opportunities
  • Drive personalized, bespoke marketing tactics to engage multiple decision-makers across target accounts
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, and executive engagement tailored to specific accounts or partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with lifecycle marketing, content, product marketing, sales, and partner teams to ensure consistent and personalized execution
  • Creation of custom content, sales enablement materials, and partner co-marketing assets
  • Track and measure account engagement, influence on pipeline/revenue, and campaign ROI
  • Use insights to refine targeting, messaging, and tactics
  • Serve as a voice of key partners/accounts internally to inform product, messaging, and experience
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and partners on campaign progress, results, and key insights

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging
  • Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives
