Job Description

Emerson T&M (Test & Measurement) is seeking a customer-focused marketing leader to join our Field Marketing team in EMEA. Based in Italy, this role collaborates closely with our EMEA field marketing and local sales teams to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue across our customers in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Italy and greater Europe test and measurement market, a strong focus on customer and sales success, experience in account-based marketing and sales enablement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with EMEA sales & marketing leadership to develop strategies and programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Work closely with regional sales leadership and account managers to understand and support business goals and account landscapes.
• Identify marketing strategies and collaborate with global teams to develop tactics, messaging, and enablement for regional activation.
• Leverage regional knowledge, customer relationships, and industry insights to ensure marketing efforts are relevant and localized.
• Manage regional sales communications, including newsletters, trainings, and updates, ensuring sales teams utilize provided materials effectively.
• Monitor activity effectiveness and demand growth by engaging with sales, analyzing reports, and enabling account-specific marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of marketing and/or sales experience.
• Must be located in Italy and fluent in Italian.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in account-based marketing.
• Knowledge of the test and measurement industry is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred.
