Principal Field Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - EMEA, Reading

Emerson T&M (Test & Measurement) is seeking a customer-focused marketing leader to join our Field Marketing team in EMEA. Based in the UK, this role collaborates closely with our EMEA field marketing and local sales teams to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue across our customers in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK and broader European test and measurement markets, a strong affinity for customer and sales success, experience in account-based marketing and sales enablement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with EMEA sales & marketing leadership to understand regional needs and develop marketing strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership and account managers to understand business goals and develop targeted marketing activities.
• Work with global marketing teams to develop localized strategies, messaging, and enablement for effective regional marketing activation.
• Utilize customer insights, sales relationships, and regional preferences to ensure marketing relevance and effectiveness.
• Leverage industry associations, partners, and media to enhance NI awareness and reach local customers.
• Lead regional sales communications, including newsletters, trainings, and updates, to ensure awareness and engagement with marketing campaigns and events.
• Monitor activity effectiveness and demand growth through reports and enable account-specific communication and activation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and + years of marketing and/or sales experience.
• Located in the UK and fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Account-based marketing experience.
• Knowledge of the test and measurement industry.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
