Principal Customer Success Manager – Global Marketing

Salary: £90-100k + £25k bonus | 12-month contract (with potential to extend) | Hybrid (London, 3 days on-site)

What you’ll be doing You’ll take ownership of a small, high-value portfolio of 3–5 key retail clients , each investing between £2m–£20m annually. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior leaders , your role is to ensure they achieve tangible business results through the company’s suite of marketing solutions. This is not a firefighting role — it’s about strategic partnership, influence at the highest levels, and ensuring customer success is seen as a value driver rather than a support function.
