This is a supportive role, ideal for someone who can balance creativity with organisation and enjoys bringing ideas to life.We are a small, close-knit team, so everyone "mucks in" across tasks as needed. The successful candidate will engage directly with audiences, promoters, and artists, gaining firsthand experience of cultural projects. Flexibility is essential, including the ability to be available for evenings, weekends, and to travel.
