What You'll Do

Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social (primarily Meta).

Deliver ROI/ROAS-focused campaigns through strong keyword research, targeting, tracking, and budget management.

Monitor performance daily and make proactive adjustments to maximise results.

Produce clear, client-friendly reports and communicate campaign performance in simple, jargon-free terms.

Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Collaborate with the wider team to align PPC activity with SEO and broader marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For
