Glass Atlas is looking for a PPC Specialist to join their Performance Division and help drive innovation and excellence in performance marketing, commerce engineering, and creative practices.

At A Glance

Working closely with the Paid Media Manager, you will manage PPC accounts for several major brands, assist with day‑to‑day account work, and gradually build your own portfolio of clients. You’ll monitor campaigns, conduct site audits, analyze data, and present insightful reports and recommendations to the Paid Media Manager, senior team members, and clients. Focus is on training and development through on‑the‑job learning, shadowing, industry‑based Glass Atlas training programmes, and continuous upskilling.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Paid Media Specialist you will support the day‑to‑day running of client activity, reporting, and communication. The role emphasizes improving and developing your knowledge of the Paid Media channel, applying that knowledge quickly and proactively, and taking an active interest in using key agency tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner and other available tools to deliver insightful performance reports.
  • Analyze user behaviour trends and make appropriate recommendations/changes to campaigns.
  • Produce PPC reports as required detailing the impacts made by your work.
  • Assist the Paid Media Manager with presentations and reports for clients and senior management.
  • Conduct research and analysis for new client pitches.
  • Assist the Paid Media Manager with presenting insights and performance to clients on conference calls and in meetings.
  • Consistently deliver tasks and reports to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively and build relationships with team members and wider channel teams.
  • Attend regular client calls to support the manager/lead as needed.
  • Place an emphasis on your career development, working toward your goals, training, upskilling, and keeping up to date with industry developments.
