OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on PPC Specialistto take true day-to-day ownership of paid search across three ecommerce brands.This is not a role for someone who checks accounts once a week, runs experiments for the sake of it, or manages PPC as one of many clients. This role requires someone who is comfortable being accountable for PPC performance every single day.You will primarily own Google Ads, with active responsibility for Bing Ads, and scope to support Meta advertising as the business evolves. PPC here requires close daily attention and a strong commercial mindset.The RoleAs PPC Growth Lead, you will own the day-to-day performance of paid media across all three brands.Your job is not just running ads. Your job is controlling spend, protecting margin, prioritising categories, and ensuring nothing goes live without purpose.You will operate within clearly defined commercial guardrails (budget limits, category priorities, margin thresholds).
