As our Manager for Global Platforms, you'll own the vibe of our entire digital ecosystem, inside and out. You'll be the architect of seamless experiences, connecting our people and amplifying our employer brand across platforms like our intranet, internal comms channels, social media, and career site. Key Responsibilities: Here's what you'll be doing:

  1. Owning the platform strategy, making sure it's totally in sync with our People Marketing and recruiting goals.
  2. Running the show on social media, from scheduling posts to engaging with our community and keeping an ear to the ground.
  3. Making our career site and other digital platforms so slick and engaging that candidates can't resist.
  4. Exploring, implementing, and managing the coolest MarTech to boost our platform game.
  5. Diving deep into platform metrics, uncovering insights, and recommending ways to level up our strategies.
  6. Teaming up with content creators, recruiters, and other awesome people to make sure everything's aligned with our recruitment marketing goals.
  7. Staying ahead of the curve on social media trends, platform updates, and what's next in tech.
  8. Handling reviews and feedback on employer review sites like a pro.
  9. Joining forces to create and launch impactful employer branding campaigns.
  10. Managing the platform budget like a boss.
  11. Guiding regional platform managers to ensure global consistency and brand alignment.
