Overview

The Performance & Retail Marketing Coordinator UK/IRL is a critical team member for the accelerated international growth of Anastasia Beverly Hills. This person will report to the Senior Marketing Manager EMEA + UK, and will be involved in all omnichannel retail marketing to support business growth across multiple retailers and partners in the EMEA region (including Boots, Look Fantastic, Cult Beauty, Beauty Bay, Space NK, Harrods, Selfridges, Sephora, and any new expansion).

The right candidate has proven solid omnichannel retail marketing experience, with a well-practiced digital marketing and performance marketing/paid media/retail media background in UK/IRL. They create and cultivate relationships with retail marketing partners (retailers and pure players) to ensure maximum exposure and advocacy for the brand.

The ideal candidate balances individual accountability with strong cross-functional partnerships. They are strategic, innovative, collaborative, customer-centric, and results-oriented. They possess an analytical mindset, superior communication and negotiation skills, and are adept at problem-solving quickly and creatively.

This role collaborates with the Senior Marketing Manager EMEA + UK to build retail marketing plans for all UK/IRL retailers, implement and track performance (investment versus ROAS/ROMI), and has a solid understanding of the paid media and retail media landscape and their specific metrics/KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Retailer Partnerships and Planning: Foster retailer partnerships and strong ways of working, adapting to each retailer’s specificity.
  • Plans seasonal requests for strategic UK retailers, respecting the retailer’s internal calendar.
  • Lead retailer marketing meetings and gather insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams for retailer needs.
  • Retail Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns: Develop customized retailer marketing plans for launches and always-on campaigns, maintaining organized documents.
  • Track marketing/sampling/GWP budgets and spend levels for each retailer, submit accruals monthly, and deliver analysis on spend versus return.
  • Build bespoke action plans, maximizing the brand’s resources and identifying retailers’ best opportunities.
  • Update quarterly brand rooms based on performance provided by retailers to drive conversion.
  • Monitor Rates & Reviews and drive Rates & Reviews Campaigns for Newness and Core.
  • Regularly check stores where ABH has a fixture, discuss with the retailer, and lead improvements.
  • Responsible for VM & Event projects (concept, brief, execution, and performance tracking).
  • Performance Marketing & Paid Media: Define with Sr. Marketing Manager and oversee the paid media strategy across channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Display, Affiliates, etc.).
  • Manage media budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, and CAC efficiency.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements to improve performance.
  • Track KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and generate insights to inform future campaigns.
  • Create dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
  • Identify new paid channels, betas, and partnerships to scale customer acquisition and retention.

Assets

  • Manage and distribute creative assets and toolkits to retailers for new product launches and core refreshes (assets, placemats).
  • Organize and maintain retailer and distributor social media requests.
  • Keeps all PDPs updated according to ABH standards.
  • Performs regular retailer websites audits (PDP, pricing, competition).
  • Responsible for assets resizing, ad copy, and other mandatory steps for paid media campaigns.

Administrative

  • Creates regular retail marketing presentations for regional and global-facing audiences.
  • Provides any report required by leadership.
  • Collaborates with the field team and the visual merchandising team.
  • Develops effective in-store selling tools that drive consumer curiosity and help teams educate on brand pillars and KPIs.
  • Maintains and updates internal retailer marketing calendars.
  • Tracks and communicates monthly recurring digital retail tasks.
  • Updates pricing trackers.
  • Aids in content shoot briefs with a retail focus.
  • Handles marketing administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience. Preferred areas include: beauty or color cosmetics, retail omnichannel marketing, e-commerce marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe.
  • Ability to interpret budgets and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, multi-tasking and proactive attitude.
  • Strong business acumen and being a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; superior customer service skills; proven relationship-building.
  • Bias for action and an entrepreneurial mindset; ability to test, learn, and scale.
