We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our performance marketing strategy, with a core focus on paid media and conversion optimisation across the funnel. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s data-driven, creative, and laser-focused on measurable outcomes. You’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across LinkedIn Ad campaigns, Google Search, and other performance channels. As part of the growth team, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimising user journeys, building high-performing funnels, setting clear performance metrics, and identifying scalable growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns aligned with business goals and growth KPIs.
- Lead activity across LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, and explore emerging channels where relevant.
- Collaborate on defining user journeys and required landing page experiences to drive high conversion rates.
- Work closely with brand and content teams to ensure message-market fit across campaigns.
Performance & Funnel Optimisation
- Own the full performance marketing funnel: awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Continuously test and optimise targeting, keywords, bidding strategies, messaging, creative formats, and landing pages.
- Apply CRO and A/B testing methodologies to improve lead quality, lower CPA, and increase ROAS.
Real-Time Metrics Management & Reporting
- Set, track, and monitor performance marketing metrics across all channels.
- Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards to track user behaviour and campaign attribution.
- Monitor campaigns daily and adjust in real-time based on insights to maximise ROI.
- Deliver clear and insightful weekly and monthly reports on performance KPIs: conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.
- Partner with teams across Membership, Events, Partnerships, and Sales to amplify key campaigns through paid media.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to develop assets and messaging that convert.
- Ensure paid media is integrated with wider brand, SEO, email, and CRM strategies.
About You
- Strong hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing roles.
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation and performance-based growth.
- Strong experience managing and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence using GA4, HubSpot, and platform-specific dashboards.
- Commercially minded with a deep understanding of ROI and growth levers.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and making real-time decisions to optimise outcomes.
What Success Looks Like
- Performance campaigns consistently drive qualified leads and sales pipeline growth.
- Acquisition costs are efficient and sustainable, with CPA targets met or improved.
- Always-on testing and optimisation leads to continuously improving results.
- Marketing data is reliable, actionable, and informs strategic decisions.
- Paid and performance marketing efforts are tightly aligned with broader acquisition and growth plans.
