Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the Acquisition team. You will forecast, plan and increase performance marketing activity across Experian's consumer site. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, your responsibilities will include the following.

Responsibilities

  • Trading meetings: Contribute performance updates and analysis on key performance metrics for weekly trading meetings with senior stakeholders. Lead weekly trading calls with the wider eCommerce and Finance teams.
  • Performance analysis: Rigorously monitor performance across all performance marketing channels. Proactively provide detailed insights and updates into channel or product level performance and test results.
  • Forecasting: Collaborate with teams across the consumer business to develop and produce accurate monthly and daily forecasts for core KPIs. Track performance against these forecasts and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Collaborate with Finance teams in annual/quarterly planning.
  • Create and own a testing framework: Support the Acquisition team to prioritise and analyse AB tests, with a view on longer-term performance and revenue trajectory. Create and review testing roadmaps and analyse the results and share them with the wider team.
  • Conducting deep dives: Deeply understand performance and external demand and market dynamics to investigate performance changes.
  • Identifying opportunities: Inform long-term strategy and short-term commercial opportunities by analysing performance marketing trends. Analyse gaps in channel setups and inform audience strategy.
  • Automate reporting: Work with multiple internal and external (agency) teams to scope, create and improve performance reporting for the Acquisition team.

Qualifications

  • Performance marketing experience combined with experience analysing performance marketing trends
  • Ability to turn data and insight into actionable recommendations
  • Broad understanding of marketing channels and their role in a customer journey
  • Comfortable writing and executing SQL queries
  • Experience with A/B testing and test statistics
  • Highly numerate and data driven and comfortable manipulating large datasets, Excel skills (can perform complex functions) required.
