Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel digital campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and retention. You’ll own the full digital funnel, from media buying and performance tracking to social content and lifecycle strategy.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Own and optimise Forest’s paid digital campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, App Store, Spotify, Citymapper, and others
  • Build and manage media plans that align with monthly and quarterly growth targets, ensuring budget is spent efficiently to drive down CAC and maximise ROI
  • Develop testing roadmaps to iterate on audiences, formats, placements, and creative concepts
  • Collaborate closely with design and brand teams to deliver high-performing, platform-fit assets and landing experiences

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track and analyse campaign effectiveness using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics
  • Build clear, actionable dashboards to surface insights for stakeholders across departments
  • Leverage campaign data to inform creative strategy, channel allocation, and lifecycle marketing decisions

Growth Experiments & Cross-Functional Projects

  • Design and execute structured growth experiments across the funnel — including A/B testing on creative, copy, channels, geography, and timing
  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Ops teams to align paid media efforts with in-app behaviour, lifecycle stages, and feature launches
  • Identify and test emerging platforms, formats, or strategic partnerships that can unlock new channels of rider acquisition

Role Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns in B2C, tech, or mobility sectors
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable growth via paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms
  • Deep understanding of paid media KPIs, attribution methods, and funnel mechanics
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Supermetrics, and UTM tracking
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data and performance reporting
  • A bias for action, high attention to detail, and a passion for testing, learning, and iterating quickly
  • Excitement to help build a more sustainable London through purpose-driven marketing.
