Electiva Marketing is a specialist agency based in Manchester, dedicated to driving growth for healthcare brands. We work across a portfolio of companies including Transform Healthcare, Signature Clinic, and La Belle Forme, helping them acquire patients, strengthen brand presence, and maximise return on investment. We are now seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid media and performance channels. This role is both hands-on and strategic, responsible for delivering results across PPC (Google Ads & Bing Ads), Paid Social, and SEO. You’ll play a central role in managing client campaigns, leading a small team, and ensuring performance marketing remains a key driver of growth for our healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • PPC (Google Ads & Bing Ads): Lead and manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, including keyword optimisation, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and bid strategies; ensure campaigns are efficient, scalable, and deliver strong ROI for our healthcare clients.
  • Paid Social: Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms; work with creative teams to brief and test engaging ads tailored to healthcare audiences.
  • SEO: Manage and guide the SEO team to deliver technical improvements, content optimisation, and link-building strategies; ensure SEO activity complements paid channels to drive sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance across all channels; provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Client & Team Management: Act as the key point of contact for performance marketing across multiple healthcare brands; mentor junior team members and collaborate with account managers, creatives, and client teams to align marketing activity with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Paid Social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing or regulated industries (desirable but not essential).
