Performance Marketing Manager

£40,000–£55,000 base

London | Hybrid 1–3 days


We’re working with a high-growth ecommerce brand, due to growth they are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager that will lead paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising, optimising spend and driving ROI in a fast-paced D2C environment.


Role Highlights – take the lead on:

– Owning full-funnel campaign delivery across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta

– Scaling performance efficiently while tracking CPA, ROAS, and LTV targets

– Designing and running A/B tests on creative, bids, and audience strategies

– Presenting campaign insights to UK leadership


You Will Need – experience and qualities such as:

– Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Microsoft Advertising

– Fluency with GA4 and GTM to inform decisions with real-time data

– A proactive, organised mindset, able to juggle multiple high-impact campaigns

– A track record of hitting acquisition or revenue targets in a D2C setting

– Strong collaboration skills across creative and ecommerce functions
