With millions of users worldwide and rapid year-over-year growth, scaling their marketing team to drive the next phase of expansion. Role Own and scale a performance marketing channel (Google, Meta, Instagram, or ad networks)
Manage and optimize $500k-$1M+ in paid media spend
Run A/B tests, optimize funnels, and iterate on creatives
Model LTV and subscription growth, make data-driven recommendations
Report directly to CMO and work in a lean, fast-moving team
Profile 3-10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Proven track record in managing high-volume paid media budgets
Strong analytics focus: subscription models, LTV modeling
B2C background required (industry flexible)
Startup/scale-up experience preferred
Hands-on, data-driven, adaptable
