We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead with 4-5 years of hands-on experience across paid channels to drive growth through smart, data-led decision-making. This is a great opportunity to lead strategy across paid social, CRM, and PPC in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and own the performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, CRM, and PPC.
Manage campaign budgets and KPIs, ensuring continual optimisation.
Lead reporting on channel performance, offering clear insights and recommendations.
Deliver engaging, high-converting CRM campaigns and drive lifecycle marketing improvements.
Oversee paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Shape PPC direction with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
Collaborate with affiliate and influencer teams on performance analysis and spend.
Work with external agencies (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) to support execution and innovation.
Analyse site metrics and customer data to continuously refine strategy.
About You:
4-5 years of experience in a digital/performance marketing role.
Strong across paid social, CRM, and PPC with a proven track record of results.
Analytical and commercially focused with excellent communication skills.
