We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to take charge of our paid media strategy and drive measurable revenue growth across multiple digital channels for a premium e‑commerce brand.

This is a high‑impact role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on data, experimentation, and scaling campaigns that convert. You’ll be the go‑to expert for paid search, social, affiliates, and marketplaces, with full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, affiliates, and marketplaces
  • Managing budgets to maximize ROI and customer acquisition efficiency
  • Running A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audiences
  • Collaborating with creative/content teams to deliver high‑performing assets
  • Reporting on performance using GA4, ad dashboards, and e‑commerce data
  • Managing agency relationships and exploring new growth opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in performance/growth marketing, ideally in e‑commerce or retail sector
  • Previous experience in a similar e‑commerce / digital marketing manager role
  • Proven success managing multi‑channel ad budgets with strong ROAS
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, affiliate platforms, Shopify, and marketplaces
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in GA4 and feed management tools
  • Commercially savvy, KPI‑driven, and confident in budget optimisation
