Performance Marketing Lead Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite in Farnborough
Are you a commercially-minded marketing professional with a passion for optimising digital performance and driving ROI? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join one of the UK’s leading SaaS organisations, taking charge of multi-market programmatic traffic operations and help shape a high-impact, data-driven arbitrage strategy.
The Role You’ll manage and optimise traffic flow from publishers into job inventories through programmatic systems, ensuring margin targets are met and exceeded. This is a hands-on, analytical, and 80% manual role, with the goal to become closer to 30-40% manual. You will have the opportunity to influence strategy and scale performance across markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and analytics teams and play a critical part in the transition towards greater automation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise CPC traffic sources across publisher networks. Adjust bids, budgets, and segmentations daily to maximise ROI and margin. Line manage a small but growing marketing team Collaborate on strategic initiatives to expand arbitrage operations. Identify and develop new programmatic or partnership opportunities.
