Performance Marketing Executive Location: Swindon Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum Reporting to: Head of Marketing Role Purpose They are seeking a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketing Executive to join their dynamic UK marketing team. This role is critical to driving marketing effectiveness through data-led decision-making, performance measurement, and best practice sharing. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in managing the development and optimisation of their performance marketing analysis. You will work with the Head of Marketing to advise upon new strategies to drive lead generation and support broader business objectives. You will work closely with UK & Global teams to align business objectives with measurable outcomes. Youll have B2B experience in performance analysis, reviewing campaign data, reporting on performance and influencing improved lead generation and advise on budget allocation. As well, you will have strong technical skills within HubSpot, Microsoft and Google platforms, building and optimising marketing reporting and attribution.
