This role will be across paid and organic, working with talented individuals to deliver digital marketing strategies. The Job Work alongside channel managers to deliver campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic and SEO. Conduct keyword research, optimise on-page content, and contribute to technical SEO improvements. Set up and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, refining targeting, ad copy, and bidding strategies. Support programmatic activity by testing creatives, placements, and audience segments to improve reach and performance. Deliver paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and more. Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and campaign delivery across all channels, making manual optimisations where necessary.
