What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for an analytically minded Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and take ownership of our Meta and TikTok paid social channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong mathematics or economics background to launch their career in performance marketing. You'll be responsible for managing our paid social campaigns while driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Social (Meta & TikTok): Learn to plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok
  • Manage campaign structures, audience segmentation, creative testing, and bidding strategies
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ads optimised for each platform
  • Analyse campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable optimisation strategies

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Support budget management and allocation across campaigns to maximise efficiency

Learning & Development

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, new features, and industry best practices
  • Develop expertise in performance marketing tools and attribution platforms
  • Work closely with senior team members to build comprehensive paid social knowledge
  • Contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to campaign strategy

What We’re Looking For In You

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with data and formulas
  • Active user of social media platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with genuine understanding of user behaviour and content trends
  • Natural curiosity about digital marketing and consumer behaviour
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights clearly
  • Interest in creative testing and understanding what drives consumer engagement

It would be great if you had

  • Any experience with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager (even personal projects)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
  • Understanding of basic statistical concepts and A/B testing principles
