Responsibilities: Performance strategy and execution - across all areas of marketing strategy Campaign optimisation - including customer acquisition targets and more Performance tracking - using data and analytics to run A/B tests and improve LTV and CAC Building scalable processes and scaling a team Supporting the Growth Director with the next evolution of the firm including exit readiness About you: Experience within a B2C business Proven track record in scaling marketing teams Strong analytical skills
