The LinkedIn Partnership Studio is seeking a Partnerships Lead, Head of EMEA. As the Partnerships Lead for the EMEA region, you will be the founding member of the LinkedIn Partnership Studio in EMEA, leading the development, launch, and expansion of the Studio across markets. You will play a critical leadership role spanning the partnerships and sponsorships life cycle end-to-end. You will foster deep internal relationships with cross-functional partners in editorial, brand, events, research, and product to negotiate and establish innovative monetizable solutions with, then build the commercial model with Pricing, Legal, Revenue, Operations, and FP&A. Representing the voice of the customer, you will identify and advocate for the development of new partnership and sponsorship packages and solutions that address customer demand and capitalize on LinkedIn’s most unique and valuable IP. After pitching directly to senior stakeholders within LinkedIn’s top accounts, you will lead the activation of sold programs, delivering white glove client service through project management and production, where applicable, that elevates LinkedIn’s reputation as a strategic partner and full-funnel solution. Your experience with sponsored and branded content will enable you to create high-value, audience-centric solutions and equally as effective results for our customers using LinkedIn’s platform and formats as your canvas.

In launching the LinkedIn Partnership Studio in EMEA, you are charged with setting the strategy and operational model, initiating the partnership and sponsorships motion in priority EMEA markets with top accounts. You will leverage your exceptional collaboration, strategic planning, and storytelling skills to launch and scale Sales enablement and customer adoption of LinkedIn Partnership Studio solutions. Through ruthless prioritization and alignment with Sales leadership, you will be accountable for driving measurable commercial results to grow LinkedIn’s largest and most strategic accounts in EMEA with downstream impact to other accounts through case studies and new scalable solution frameworks.

You are detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about out-of-the-box thinking, marketing and advertising, digital media and content, customer service, and stakeholder management.
