About the Role

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor to IT resellers and distributors, helping them build and execute high-ROI marketing strategies-even with limited budgets. You'll blend consultancy, project management, and hands-on campaign execution to support growth across EMEA.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and implement partner marketing plans aligned with business goals across 4 countries. Serve as the primary marketing advisor for 25+ SMB partners and one distributor. Build strong relationships with decision-makers, challenging outdated tactics and driving innovation. Design and support cost-effective campaigns (digital and offline), including webinars and one annual in-person event. Collaborate on partner recruitment, MDF requests, and compliance. Analyze campaign KPIs and deliver insights. Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality deliverables. Support supplier relationships to renew contracts and expand product reach.
